From Grant Bentley
Life force is a non-material energetic spark and is the difference between a dead body and a living person. This life force is our survival instinct. To animate and to defend is a function of the survival instinct.
The survival instinct is like a computer program. It is not flexible and its function must always stay within defined limits. Blood sugar can only rise or fall within a small range, otherwise physical health is altered. The same is true for… Continue

The Dangers of Vaccines (Autism, HPV, MMR, Vaccinations, Thimerosal, Flu Shots) -
17:47 - Mar 30, 2009
Health authorities claim that vaccines are safe and prevent infectious diseases. Yet these claims are contradicted by statistics and studies by many research scientists.
The side effects of vaccines include autism, learning disabilities, brain damage, seizures, epilepsy, hyperactivity, ADD, dyslexia, allergies, cancer, asthma,… Continue

Allergy constitutes the most common causes of chronic illness. Although rates may appear to be lower in developing countries, wherever prevalence studies have been conducted there is evidence of a steady increase over time in the proportion of populations suffering from allergies. It has been proposed that there of the changing environment and improved general health, superimposed on a range of genetic susceptibilities.
Therefore, the treatment of allergy should have high priority inmost… Continue

A comment was left in the New York times about a flu article. Comments are filed and people go to them and recommend them so that the one most recommended will appear first when a reader goes to comments. Articles sometimes have 20 or 30 pages of comments. If we want to make a difference and be noticed we should put comments on all Flu articles in papers like the Times and then members should take the minute to recommend the comment. Our comment was the 83rd and now it is on page 5 as we have 6… Continue

The stink from the Merck drug trial in Australia continues to grow, to the point that even Ben Goldacre has caught a whiff of it
. For those who don't recognize the name, Ben Goldacre writes an opinion column in Great Britain on "Bad Medicine" and has been a stalwart soldier in the campaign to discredit homeopathy. In addition to trying to discredit researchers who discovered problems with… Continue

The New York Times has an article about the cases of Guillain-Barré
that followed the attempt to head off Swine Flu back in the Seventies through a vaccination drive. The article is notable in that this is one of the few cases I remember that conventional medicine has taken vaccine reactions seriously and the press has reported on them. Clearly there is a problem, the issue is, first, determining the magnitude of the… Continue

The blog world is fueled on outrage. And the latest outrage among bloggers with a skeptical bent is the Huffington Post's advocacy for alternative medicine. If you've never heard of it, Huffington Post is a web news site with a liberal political slant. The site has also given space to alternative views such as articles on vaccine damage by Robert Kennedy Jr. and alternative treatments for swine flu. The zero tolerance policy of skeptics will not abide any talk of alternative medicine in their… Continue

As the saying goes, "It's an ill wind that blows no good." And the scare over the swine flu has increased sales of homeopathic remedies. Washington homeopathic has a backlog of one or two weeks
to get their flu kit
. Here's hoping that when the scare dies down people will take time to learn how to use their kit for colds and flu.

You will all learn here at Homeopathy World Community that the more you do for others, the more you gain. By promoting the gifts, skills and talents of others, you show your respect and high esteem for those in your community.
Even though we may have different positions on many approaches, we have a fundamental underlying premise ~ we believe homeopathy heals. Homeopathy gives hope to people in every situation. It may not remove every physical symptom or pain, often it miraculously… Continue

Here's a few articles I found interesting. New research links gluten intolerance to schizophrenia
. It's long been noted that autistic children often suffer from gluten intolerance. Maybe this is part of a bigger story.
The Center for Disease Control estimates 36,000 people die from influenza each year. This is without swine flu! I found this number surprisingly high. Here is a page on the CDC… Continue

There's an interesting story in the New York Times about a Western Zen Master who needed psychotherapy
. It's a good account of how mental illness can masquerade as enlightenment and also an interesting homeopathic case. After reading his case I believe he would be helped by Anhalonium.
