What brought you to homeopathy? Tell your 150 word inspirational story that connects you to homeopathy. How has homeopathy changed your life?
In my practice of Yoga and Ayurveda, I found the means of delivering cure was not so effective. Some practices like Panchkarma were too harsh, while some practices were best for the healthy and fit. Polypharmacy or use of multi-herbal formulations would obscure the patient's picture. Lately there has been a trend in Ayurveda of following the footsteps of Big Brother Allopath. Doshas are taking a back seat and approval is sought for some active principal in a remedy. Besides, the powerful tool of potentization is practically not utilized. When I first began my study with David Little's archive, I discovered that I had finally found my answers. Since then there has been no looking back. I do still consider Ayurveda and Yoga has a lot to offer in terms of lifestyle and dietary counseling as also it has a wonderful understanding of the human mind. Integrating all these is my passion as it gives a multidimensional view and understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

What is your vision for the future of homeopathy
At the personal and individual level more and more people are going to seek homeopathy but drug companies, allopaths and pseudo-scientists are going to oppose it - partially out of greed and partly out of ignorance. Homeopaths around the world are communicating better, integrating their art with other fields of knowledge (Scholten, Sankaran, Bentley etc) and unlike a century ago, at last they are not running each other down. So, Homeopathy has a bright future - the best is yet to come!

Homeopathy has brought me closer to people as I have seen some miraculous cures occurring by following the principles of Homeopathy. Also Homeopathy has helped me understand a lot more about the human situation at large - suffering, sickness, stress have deeper causes and our remedies seem to take us closer to understanding ourselves and others around us better.
What are your interests besides homeopathy? Inquiring minds want to know.
Besides Homeopathy I have interests in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. I have completed over 1200 hours of study in Ayurveda with Rev. Losang Jinpa, Dr. David Frawley and Dr. Rajesh Kotecha. I am a certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Bhaskara, Yoga Siromani) in the Sivananda tradition. I combine the knowledge of these fields to discover the central disturbance in a person seeking help.

Hi Ashok RajGuru first of all you are well come to HWC your idea to discover the central disturbance in a person seeking help, basically you are engineer by profession.still your interest in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology which help you to cure speedily again thanks for joining HWC and wetting for treated cases to expand knowledge of HWC members .
Thanks for the welcome Gina! Good to know you too have a background in Ayurveda. i am sure it helps get a better picture. I wish Ayurveda could adopt the method of provings to understand the Rasas (flavors) better and also use the infinitesimal dose so as to open the doors to using all the poisons. Sadly the Toxicology of Ayurveda seems to be a neglected aspect - finds no mention in any modern texts, except when it comes to rasashastra preparations using minerals. Sadly triturations never go beyond Ic or at best 3C. But I still feels Ayurvedic model for dietetics is great as it is based on the more intutive "tastes/flavors" model.
Dear Ashok,Welcome to HWC,I read a bit about your background and how you found homeopathy. I have also started my healing journey Long ago by putting into practice Ayurveda and found there were limits to this modality, where homeopathy surges past towards more deeper lasting cures.
looking forward to your discussions
