It is quite interesting discussion. But why did it stop after October 2010?

Everybody knows Natural cure or Natoropathy.

Homoeopathy is also a Natural cure method, as its scheme of cure is in natural way.

But it is masked by various inhuman ways like prescribing Patent medicines, mixing 6 or 7 medicines for one dose, doing Alloapatic practice in the name of Homoeopathy, quackery etc,.

Thanks a lot Dr. Amir Saleem
Now its time to give a true face to Homoeopathy for the new generations by several new facts, provings & findings ( which so many Homoeopaths can't digest because of very less practical apporaches) .
In India a Homoeopath start practice from 8.30 in morning, take rest fron 3 5 p.m then again see pt's till 10 p.m. attending 60 to 200 pt's per day .Ask them then read any book , you will find so many differences ( Actually reading a book & facing a Pt. is always a different task...) Just think -Why Hahnemann wrote several additions of Organon not One only??????

"Mission" or "Profession" is a false dichotomy. As such all argumentation for either or both or none are meaningless and there will never be any definitive conclusion.

But it certainly provoke thoughts ;-) .

The real question is "What is the true face of homoeopathy ? "
Does it have one to begin with ?

Dear Dr. P.K. Dasgupta,
MISSION OR CALLING: Mission is meant- The purpose for which one is sent or the purpose of life. Calling means A strong inner impulse towards a particular course of action. There has to be some purpose for man’s existence. Man has not been able to achieve satisfaction just by WEALTH OR by LEARNING. It is only he makes himself an instrument for a HIGHER PURPOSE that he finds life worth living.
So the word Mission/ Calling means the sole & noble purpose of the life of a physician which is to maintain the health of mankind. It becomes the source spring of all the APHORISMS OF ORGANON. If on the other hand this SOLE PURPOSE is tampered with in anyway, like by bringing in other motives of EARNING MONEY, FAME, SOCIAL STATUS etc. The WHOLE ORGANON FLOPS DOWN.
The evidence found in the famous ‘MUNDAKA UPNISHAD’ which says Atmah-krida, Atma-ratih, Kriyavan esa brahma-nidham, varisthah, which means. Performance of work without any sense of compulsion or duress, for the mere pleasure of serving humanity is the highest kind of service.
To Quote the celebrated Sir William Osler who says, The practice of medicine is an art, NOT A TRADE, NOT A BUSINESS.
To sum up The Physicians high & only Mission/calling is to make sick people healthy—to heal as it termed.

Hahnemann said homoeopathy is a mission, not a profession. But the world adopted Homoeopathy as a profession and the mission diverted in different ways of practice including different ways to earn money. Because a Mission can only provide a bread not... butter....
Now, more act like a true professional and very-very less as a missionary.
It is Mission profession not Mission Homeopathy.

but todays trend is changed we have to keep both things side by side
