Can anybody Guess?
When Bryonia does not work, some time it will work. This remedy induces a condition of stasis, congestion & sluggishness. It is for rheumatism, stiffness of joints, synovitis, General irritability, < from movement. There is thirst but not excessive as in Bryonia. These symptoms makes it very close to Bryonia.

MURPHY:
Complementary:
Alumn, Rhus-t. Alum is the "chronic" of Bryonia and Kali carb and Natrum mur, hold a similar but less pronounced relation to it.
Complementary: Upas when Bryonia fails, Rhus-t, Alumina.
Bryonia Antidotes: Acon, Cham, Nux-vomica Antidoted by: Acon, Alum, Camph, Cham, Chel, Clem, Ign, Mur-ac, Nux-v, Puls, Rhus-t, Seneg. Teste found by accident Ferr-m the best antidote in his experience. It antidotes: Alum, Chlorum, Chin, Frag, Merc, Rhus-t

With a repertorization a number of polycrest remedies stand out. And, when more rubrics are added, it appears Veratrum veride, the green American Hellebore is a small remedy of importance. It would be helpful to know more about "congestion" and its location.

I don't know whether Illecebrum, Asclepias tuberosa (pleurisy root), or Ptelia (Ash) have MOTION Aggravates. These remedies are for liver and lungs, too.
