Dear Dr.Juneja,

A very UNIQUE presentation.... In Boericke's Rep, under Modalities- Amelioration, he mentions of Rubric " Colors, objects, bright -- Stram., Tar. h.".

If totality in this case indicates either Stramonium or Tarentula hispanica, then I will give it a try.

Why I will consider above Rubric, (in absence of any other specifics)?

The patient as you said LIKES, which simply means S/he is comfortable with Color red, and even though Boericke does not specify any color but just says "Colors, objects, bright", I consider "RED" is a bright color among all the colors, further the child likes "OBJECTS" that are RED.

Hope you will give a thought......

ITP in most cases will resolve by itself in children and in Adults sometimes need spleenectomy....... Did parents seek treatment for ITP or for anything else?

I think it is a case of tubercular miasm, because here the blood is affected and the affinity towards red is the indication of tubercular miasm. Hence, select an antitubercular drug from the group of similar drugs you get on repertorization.
