Creating Waves of Awareness

1. What ever we do, comes back to us, either now or later
2. Disease is suffering. And suffering is due to the suffering that we gave to others = Sin.
3. The effects can not be modified in any other way, than by exhausting it.
4. The direct way, therefore, is to supply the 'most similar suffering'.
5. Homoeopathy does it, hence delivering one from 'sin'.

Hi,
Happy to see here the blog posted by you. We happened to discuss on "what is to be cured in disease?' earlier and this was your precise answer. In a nutshell u told then, in so simple words combining all these points at the end of ur discussion "Our wrong doing, comes back and make us suffer. the suffering will come to an end, when the suffering is exhausted. This is accomplished by supplying a PSEUDO - SUFFERING,WHICH IS VERY SIMILAR"
Also your words as from our previous chat
"summarizing - 1. what is to be cured is the 'KARMA' -DEEDS AND ITS EFFECTS
2. BY CASE TAKING - SENSATION, MODALITY AND CONCOMITTANTS
3. supply the most similar suffering. and it comes to an end.
4. WARNING: If the suffering or punishment is not fulfilled, it gets carried over, MERELY POSTPONED, only to occur with more violence - eg congenital anamoly, malignancy"

Precisely. Not with 'more violence'.

Karma can be a lengthy discussion. However, it must be recognized that we only hold compassion for others no matter their situation. Their soul may have to fulfill some role on earth that we, as mere mortals, can not comprehend. It is adversity, challenges, obstacles that make the human spirit over come and become stronger. Let us hope we all strive for the higher levels of development and not sink into depression and hopelessness.

"What ever we do, comes back to us, either now or later"
Shall we consider like this "What ever our forefathers and Parents did also comes to us at birth or later?" If This Happens shall we consider that as Miasm of the individual - The internal pollution to our Humans?

It is only what we do, comes back to us. Not that done by our parents / forefathers...... Depending on what one has done, he / she is born in such a lineage - either to suffer or otherwise.

'Not that done by our parents / forefathers...... '
from this what i understand is u r talking about previous births??
does not a pregnant mother's or the father's nature during conception of the mother, affect the child born?
Else y should we ever consider the nature of mother during pregnancy/ father during conception??
Plz explain in detail...

the mother / father's states are the 'means' and not the cause. try slowly to withdraw from taking those history with the view of finding the similimum, always. the value of such information is most often corroborative.
Comment by Dr.Prema on August 4, 2009 at 3:09am
'Familial history is most often corroborative'..........
So the individual's own case history is the direct way to find 'similimum' and the other info provides evidence/support to the history - interesting and rings a bell!!
Will try experiments in such cases where i already have some history, to work out this way and tell u of the findings soon!!

Since the self is immortal, it is conceivable that besides the effects of the state of the parents the child born to them has congenital defects from previous births. However, what we have is not what we are. We have a body and we are something quite different from that.
The Organon says the following: (my translation)

9. In the healthy state, the soul is autonomous and the defence mechanism keeps the entire body in harmonious and healthy condition. Both sensation and function operate optimally so that our reason can use this healthy body for the higher purpose of our existence.

10. The material body is incapable of sensation, function or self-preservation without the presence of the soul. It derives all sensation and performs each function of life solely because of the immaterial being – the soul – animating the body in health and disease.

11. When a person falls ill, it is only the defence system – which is active in all parts of the body – that is primarily deranged by the dynamic action of the morbid influence. Only the defence mechanism – deranged to abnormal functions – causes the disagreeable sensation we call disease. While being invisible, it can be known by its effects on the organism. Its changed functions become apparent by the feeling of disease. These limit themselves to those parts visible to the senses of the sufferer and doctor and show up as symptoms. There is no other way in which they can make themselves known.

12. It is the morbidly affected defence mechanism alone that produces symptoms. The morbid phenomena express at the same time all the internal changes. Together they reveal the entire disease. The disappearance under treatment of all the morbid phenomena and alterations certainly affects and implies the recovered health of the entire mind, emotions and body.

Sin is a word borrowed from the German language - Suende from absuenderung - which means separation and in the Christian sense, separation from God.
In the Vaisnava tradition there is no such thing as sin in the same sense. They admit only ignorance as the state that produces the material disease, which is identification with what we have - the physical body. The above quotes from the Organon corroborate this notion.

Evidently however, our karma provides us with the parents, situation and cricumstances we deserve. It is not God who punishes the people - they punish themselves.
The laws of conservation of energy state the same thing: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. this is a dynamic process and th results are equally dynamic. Therefore the dynamics of karma can becganged by proper behaviour and by our dynamic remedies.
Thus i am in total agreement with the statement that our remedies remove sin/karma and we are therefore in a similar position as the Guru. It is quite a responability to take on such things, but unlike the Guru, we do not take on the karma. The remedies do that work for us.
