Creating Waves of Awareness

Ailment and Treatment Must Be Similar

A small boil or foruncle on the skin troubles a lot. At an inconvenient location it is more troublesome. How does a small boil on the skin look like? It is raised, it is red, it is painful and it is hot.

If heat in the form of fomentation is applied on the healthy skin, the skin becomes raised, red, painful and hot.

So in the earliest stage of a boil on the skin repeated fomentations offer what amounts to a cure. Capsicum or oil of wintergreen application does the same but may irritate the skin and even may ulcerate.

This is one more example of the principle of "similibia etc"

Dear Dr Fredric and Ms Debby , You concluded that I apply fomentations to a foruncle and forget about it. I begin with fomentations and follow up like all of you.I do not begin with Antibiotics.I just gave it as an example to show my concept of "Similibia ---" Today is Sunday. I am busy . I will write more afterwards,
Thanks to both of you

Dear William ~ are you doing well? Thanks for posting this information. There are numerous remedies for furuncle. And as you state, the body is making efforts toward direction of cure by eliminating through the skin. We automatically think of silica and hepar sulph as two agents that may help assist the body in this way.
