Dear Dr Usmani, it was a pleasure talking to you on phone yesterday. Your book "Homeopathy of tomorrow" which i managed to get it from market, gives insight into what is the importance of "Pathology";

While in Miami my detailed health check revealed Malignant nodule in my left thyroid, and that it needed surgery. I had to postpone it for some personal family reason as i had to be in Karachi.

Since the saying is if there is no symptom there is no treatment per Homeopathy. With this in mind i contacted quite a few doctors but no one was willing to shed any idea. Later i met a very senior and a learned Homeopath and asked him blank if he could treat me, but there are no symptoms except the MRI/ "Catscan" report and the biopsy that came out positive.

He was some what perplexed, and i said that ,is it a point where Homeopathy goes blank? Any way after many days of thinking he prescribed some pills but told me in advance there would be no mention of medicine used, which is a common norm here.

Now i am undergoing the treatment and soon might go for ultra sound  , because in USA they could also pinpoint with US.  Let see where it will take me;;

Idea of writing all this was that your book does give glimmer of hope that if some form of Pathology is established then one can still treat a case by various options, nosode, sarcode, miamatic remedies, and the list goes on.
