What brought you to homeopathy? Tell your 150 word inspirational story that connects you to homeopathy. How has homeopathy changed your life?
In 1987 my husband and I attended a lecture on Homeopathy. We flipped a coin to determine who would attend the weekend class. My husband returned with 2 books and a remedy kit. I was soon treating my son's occluded tonsils, my migrains and the neighborhood outbreak of chickenpox, with amazing results.
Check which applies. I . . .
Use homeopathy, am studying homeopathy, am a homeopath, include homeopathy in my healing practice
What is your vision for the future of homeopathy
I see Homeopathy as most beneficial as the first defense in cases of mass trauma (9-11, Katrina) in support of the medical crisis teams. There would be enormous benefit for after-care/recovery of trauma, addictions, chemo, car accidents, prisons, chronic disease, mental illness, returning vets. I'd love to see the resurgence of homeopathic hospitals working together with medical teams.
Why I would like to join this network?
I want to promote homeopathy, I want to meet like-minded people, I want to learn more about homeopathy, I want to advocate for homeopathy, I want to learn how to market my skills, I want to advertise on HWC, I want to join a local community of homeopaths, I want to be involved with the homeopathic community at large
Write detailed background to introduce yourself. What school did you attend? Year of graduation? Degree or diploma? Where do you practice?
I obtained my CHom from the Consolidated Health Institute of Colorado (now the Homeopathy School of Colorado) in 1993. I later attended Louis Klein's 2 year Master Clinician course, Jeremy Sherr's 3 year Dynamis course, numerous Jan Scholten seminars, as well as seminars with Anna Schadde, Louis Klein, and Alistair Gray. I obtained my CHC and RSHom in 2007.

Homeopathy has been a major spiritual practice which demands discipline and flexibility in one's certitute, and a compassionate heart. The practice of Homeopathy requires that one observe beyond the surface and when a prescription needs changing, to bring fresh unpredudiced eyes to review the case from a different angle in understanding the individual with their particular state of being.

HI Mary, welcome, I too am interested in Trauma rescue homeopathy, here in NZ we had a massive earthquake, we are a small nation and homeopathy was warmly welcome to treat many who were homeless and in shock from losing homes, having no sanitation or power for weeks, amazing stories came about how homeopathy helped. Hope you enjoy your time here and welcome.
