Yes I will be here for sometime and then go back to St.Lucia. The hospital duties are extensive, but interesting. Let me know about your success stories in Swaziland. HWC is a big community now and you can even put information by adding your blog here. Will let you know my availability when I get some respite from here.

As the Icelandic population is very small (only about 300.000) I wonder if I know your Icelandic friend ;) - very often the situation is, that if we do not know or know about each other - then usually we know some friend who knows that person. Strange situation, but true as we are so few :)

When is the next time you will be in Swaziland? or are you already there? How is the clinic going on? I am right now in Chicago attached to St.Mary of Nazareth Hospital and Medical Center here in Chicago. Would love to visit Swaziland and get some more experience and do something worthwhile.
