My first step into complementary medicine was doing a Diploma in Massage, Physiology & Anatomy.
I then taught myself and started using acupressure and shiatsu massage techniques, I then moved on and completed a course in Touch for Health/Applied Kinesology.
The next 3 years I spent doing a BhSc in Health Science before deciding to professionally train as a homeopath.
I did my training at The Lakeland College and have been practising part time ever since.
More recently, I have just completed a meditation, chakras & homeopathy course with Madeline Evans.
