Hi Gina, I think Julian Winston lived in Wellington, which is the bottom of the North Island. I have only been involved in homoeopathy for a few years and I do remember hearing that he was ill just as I was beginning. He died about a year or so later. His book The Faces of Homoeopathy, I think it is called that? is in our town library and I always like reading parts of that book. Another very well known New Zealand Homoeopath called Bruce Barwell has died even more recently than Julian Winston. In fact I think they were friends. I never met or saw either Julian Winston or Bruce Barwell in person. Bruce Barwell lived in or near Auckland I think but I could be wrong.
Hi David Yes I am a transport from the Hpathy forum,Many of us now at HWC.
Julian Winston The famous Homeoopathic historian is from Christchurch-New zealand (he has passed away but has a massive database on homeopathics)
Is that the second verse of 'We shall never walk alone' you were singing! Yeah Torres is a quite good player isn't he. I don't keep up with it nowadays though I know Liverpool have had a bad month recently. When I was young I used to know the whole team and every result, I liked Kenny Dalglish.
We came over to New Zealand when I was 6, in 1975, so i don't rememder much of Liverpool. My dad grew up on Bingley Rd which is apparently just off Breck Rd, that is in Anfield, is that right. When I was born we lived in West Derby, Liverpool .
I really liked your work on the Plants. I have been reading it all night. You wrote that a main theme of the Cucurbiataceae family is anger. I actually thought that anger was the central feeling as you see it so present in the people, though recently I have been able to see that it is coming from a feeling of being disturbed. david
Welcome on board to our wonderful HWC community David - together we can make HOMEOPATHY an every day household word all around the world - I´m looking forward to seeing your inputs on the walls of our Groups here.
