What brought you to homeopathy? Tell your 150 word inspirational story that connects you to homeopathy. How has homeopathy changed your life?
I believe the over use of pharmaceuticals and invasive medical procedures to treat chronic illness is creating more problems than it solves. I find homeopathy to be safe, effective, gentle, effective and low cost, making health and well-being more accessible to greater numbers of people.
Check which applies. I . . .
Use homeopathy, am studying homeopathy, am a homeopath, include homeopathy in my healing practice
What is your vision for the future of homeopathy
I would like to see a Renaissance of Homeopathic Hospitals and Colleges in the US. I would also like to help educate children on the safe use of homeopathy for urgent care.
Why I would like to join this network?
I want to promote homeopathy, I want to meet like-minded people, I want to learn more about homeopathy, I want to advocate for homeopathy, I want to learn how to market my skills, I want to advertise on HWC, I want to join a local community of homeopaths, I want to be involved with the homeopathic community at large
Write detailed background to introduce yourself. What school did you attend? Year of graduation? Degree or diploma? Where do you practice?
I am a graduate of the Professional Clinical Certification program at the Homeopathy School International in Boulder, CO and am currently pursuing Advanced Clinical Studies with them in the pursuit of the CHC advanced certification. I was Certified in 2010, I have been attending the Front Range Community College for three semesters to complete the requirements for both the CHC (CPR, First Aid, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology) but also the prerequisites for nursing. Most of my clients are in the Central Front Range area of Colorado, but I'm also treating people on the Western Slope as well (Delta County/Carbondale.)
If you do not have a reference so that we can verify your homeopathic status, please send a copy of your homeopathy diploma and association certificates to HWCmembers at gmail dot com
I have used homeopathy to treat burns, rashes, cuts and bruises in my daily life and it has been so marvelous to see the amazing speed and completeness of recovery. Meeting a wonderful gentleman in Mexico who's father handed down his healing skills to him also impressed me how accessible this healing modality is. Having a select elite controlling access to health care (i.e. insurance companies and the AMA) has offended me for over 30 years and finding homeopathy as a 'cure' for this has given me a zeal to provide hope for those who are under-served.
What are your interests besides homeopathy? Inquiring minds want to know.
have also been trained in Permaculture Design and have been involved in promoting re-localizing home grown natural foods for the last 20 years. There are local farmer's markets in my area that I participate in to educate people about edible flowers, herbs and nutrition in non-commercially grown foodstuffs. I have been involved in the fine arts as an oil painter. My works have been displayed throughout Colorado and on the West Coast. Basically, I LOVE grass-roots music, art, food, culture and recreation.

Bill Mollison did not want to hear about my work, when I lived in Australia - he called me a "chemical head". No matter what I said, he kept repeating the same words, so I gave up. One cannot convince those that do not want to hear.

My idea is that whatever grows in the garden, is something we need. In one of my blogs, "The sensation method and its expansion" I explain some of the ideas I got from studying nature and what grows around us.

Everything we need, we find in the habitat we live in. That counts for the plants above ground and for the elemental substances we find underground, in an equal manner. So I fully understand what you are saying and agree 100%.

The thistle may be because someone in the family has a liver problem perhaps.
I love to teach and in July I return to Canada. There may be a possibility I will come to Colorado - there are several people who would love me to come. See also my Facebook page. There is a Jacinta Cox, Karla Bartlett and John Benneth, who are all in the area and have asked me to come. This time I did not have much time to do it, but if there is enough interest, I hop on the Greyhound and come over in July.
My book can be had from this site, which is a German publisher who have just published a second edition.

Hi Darlene,

Welcome in my circle of friends and pleased to meet you here.

Those quintessences are described in my new book.

They comprise the 5 elements, the 5 senses, the 5 types of remedies, the 5 components of diagnosis, 5 plant miasms, 5 soil miasms, and 5 components of circumstances and conditions. It is a bit much to go into the details in this small space, but I shall post the details as a blog on my page.

You may have to wait a little while, because I am at the moment in transit from Toronto Canada to the UK. My apologies for that, but those circumstances are beyond my control.
