Vaccinations For Travel?

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering what homeopaths recommend in terms of vaccinations for foreign travel. My partner and I will be going to Thailand soon, and I am not sure what to get, if anything. I recall Luc de Schepper recommending some kind of vaccination (tetanus? hepatitis?), but I can't remember what. Should we get any kind of a vaccination, or is it better not to get anything?
