Gas and Beans

  • Soak the beans in water 10 - 30 minutes. Drain.
  • Soak the beans over night in pure water with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar per cup of dried beans.
  • Before cooking, drain out the beans from the water. Rinse thoroughly. 
  • Do not use the soaking water for cooking. 
  • Right before cooking, drain out the soaking water, Kidney beans need the longest soaking time (12 hrs).
