This is a case of acute diarrhea and vomiting 

A 12 year female child sufferring from acute diarrhea and vomiting approched me for treatment.my prescription was  phosphorous 200.After taking phos 200 the diarrhea and vomiting stopped with in 1/2 an hour .Then fever started slowly  the child  was sleepy, weak,palm and feet felt cold to touch, rest of the body and head was hot, even though the tmp was 103f she told me she is  felt heat sensation and thirstless,  It was difficultfor her to answer and in the middle of the talk she fell asleep.

 

what is the medicine  for this condition? after taking medicine what do you expect during curative process.

 

At the age 3 she had primarycoplex and treated by  allopathic medicine

This case from starting is of arsenic, but due to very little difference you have prescribed that child Phosphorus,

 

Give the attention on the following point of the case,

1. Diarrhea and vomiting

2. preceded by coldness of the body

3. Head hot (arsenic want cold application on head)

4. Weakness (Child is sleepy)

5 child get fever after taking phosphorus it means disease pathogenesis is continue

6 Thirstless ? (What are you thinking arsenic has thirst of little quantity short interval)

  Dear/sir actually arsenic is a thirstless medicine it has only dryness of mouth, so only to keep moist her/his lip arsenic want to drink little quantity short interval, some time he use only a little piece of Ice and keep in her/his mouth to relieve the dryness of mouth.
