This is interesting but in future please post in English language because in this community many of the people do not know about Hindi.
So on an average adult there is a minimum requirement of water is 2-3 liters in any weather. The thirst is also depend on the BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate), physical work of the body, functioning of the hypothalamus and how much he/she excrete through excreta and sweating.
In today's life style I consult to drink 1-1.5 liters of water in the morning about 1/2 liters in the afternoon and 1/2 liter in evening and about 1/4 liter in the night.
