Diagnosis: Cutaneous Larva Migrans (Creeping Eruption)
Definition: Infections caused by nematode larvae which never develop into the adult stage and migrate through various body tissues. They commonly infect the skin, eyes, and viscera in man. Ancylostoma brasiliensis causes cutaneous larva migrans. Toxocara causes visceral larva migrans.
Site: Buttocks Sex: M Age: 6 months Type: Clinical Morphology: Linear
Description: Serpiginous rash of subcutaneous burrowing tracks on right buttock extending down to right leg.
Impetigo: Impetigo is an acute, highly contagious gram-positive bacterial infection of the superficial layers of the epidermis. Impetigo occurs most commonly in children, especially those who live in hot, humid climates. The name is believed to be derived from the Latin impetere (to assail).
Tinea Pedis: Tinea pedis is the term used for a dermatophyte infection of the soles of the feet and the interdigital spaces. Tinea pedis is most commonly caused by Trichophyton rubrum
Generals: This 6 months old child presented with an itchy spreading eruption on one buttock. The rash shows the typical features of cutaneous larva migrans. The rashes left a whitish (Leukoderma like) patch on right buttock. Perhaps his bare buttock has come in contact with sand or soil contaminated by the dog or cat hookworm in animal faeces. Severe itching. Eruptions looking like variola appearing along a line, as Herpes zoster does, but as if sparing the nerve branches.
Mentals: Very irritable, impatient child. Trouble child, more than Chamomilla.
Personal History: Recent vaccinations.
Vaccine poison is capable of setting up a morbid state of extreme chronicity, named by Burnett Vaccinosis, symptoms like those of Hahnemann's Sycosis. Neuralgias, inveterate skin eruptions, chilliness, indigestion with great flatulent distension (Clark). Whooping-cough.
Mind-Irritable, impatient ill-humored, nervous.
Skin-Hot and dry. Pimples and blotches. Eruption like variola.

Miracle of Homoeopathy.
Homeopathic remedies for plants only for aphid infestation
Dosage: liquid (dilution): 1:2000 i.e. 5 ml to 10 L water (=spray mixture)
The D6* is potentised in a special way after the instructions of Kaviraj to increase its effectiveness
For 1 hectar (10.000 sqaremeter) one needs 300-400 Liter water mixed with 150-200 ml homeopathic remedy
Globules: ca. 5 big globules (4mm) or 12 small globules (2-3 mm) to 10 L water (=spray mixture)
These green lacewings are common in much of North America. Adults feed only on nectar, pollen, and aphid honeydew, but their larvae are active predators. C. carnea occurs in a wide range of habitats in northeastern, midwestern and western U.S., and C. rufilabris may be more useful in areas where humidity tends to be high (greenhouses, irrigated crops, southeastern and midwestern U.S.).
INFESTATION on Cotton, sweet corn, potatoes, cole crops, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, asparagus, leafy greens, apples, strawberries, and other crops infested by aphids.
Controlling Aphids in Wheat Many studies also revealed that coccinellids and chrysopid population in the field are efficient against aphids populations (Araya and Cambron 1992, Kauffman and Laroche
No doubt homeopathy can do that if used properly. Thanks Dr Sharma.
Absolutely right sir. Thanks...
Very well Dr Sharma. Homoeopathy is like a scalpel in the hands of a known person who can treat patient wisely with it or it is like a knife who will mutillate the patient brutally.
Absolutely true. Thanks..
Medscape | "Cutaneous larva migrans (CLM) is a serpiginous eruption usually confined to the skin of the feet, buttocks, or abdomen caused by dog and cat hookworms, which are types of nematodes (roundworms). Skin findings are due to a hypersensitivity reaction to the worms and their by-products."
Interestingly, the victim may feel the stinging sensation when the larvae implant into the body with the skin eruptions following within hours of penetration.
The most common location for penetration is the feet (39%), from walking barefoot in the sand, followed by the buttocks (18%) and the abdomen (16%).
I would like your opnion on whether you would consider Vaccininum a specific for this infection or there may be other remedies, since the pattern seems so specific of an outbreak?
Yes, almost specific. The clinical picture seems to be specific to Vacc.
Well done Sir.....This is the beauty of Homoeopathy.....
Thank you sir... Regards...
Yes, both go parallel, but in this case eruptions appeared while in his case there was only a sensation. Regards..
most welcome sir..
